Client Services provides central computing support to the students, faculty, staff, retirees, and alumni of the University. The Technology Support Center assists customers with service requests such as network connectivity problems and ULID account issues. Technicians are also available to assist customers with incidents and diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues.
