The service desk provides a central point of contact for Administrative Technologies customers to report an incident or request a service. The service desk keeps customers informed of progress, provides advice on workarounds, and resolves incidents as quickly as possible or escalates them if necessary.
This service is available 7:00am-5:00pm M-F with limited support overnight M-F, and an internal staff on-call rotation for emergencies 24/7/365
