This service includes analyzing and documenting existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing and documenting the desired future process. Business Process Analysis is also performed prior to the implementation of a technology solution.


Equipment Loan Programs

Customers can request equipment loans through Administrative Technologies in order to fill a business need. Available equipment includes, but is not limited to, laptops, projectors, portable screens, wireless cards, wireless devices, digital cameras, tablets, and presentation devices.


Green IT Service

Administrative Technologies will assist customers with recycling hardware for campus use.


IT Equipment Consulting

Administrative Technologies provides expertise to customers in the selection, installation, and support of peripheral devices and accessories needed to meet their business needs. These devices include, but are not limited to, scanners, printers, headsets, projectors, keyboards, and mice.


IT Training and Education

Administrative Technologies consults with customers and provides the creation of on-line tutorials to assist in learning and using administrative and business applications.

Administrative Technologies provides services aimed at preparing employees for future business or technology changes or helping employees accept and embrace changes in their current business environment.


Project and Portfolio Management

Using standard methodology, Administrative Technologies defines, schedules, and manages projects for large, complex efforts involving multiple departments. This service also includes advice and quality assurance for best practices of project management as they relate to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
