Administrative Technologies provides access to a variety of applications and resources for our customers. In addition to providing access to enterprise applications for Illinois State University, AT units also work with desktop support customers to administer access to files, drives, and other resources using Microsoft Active Directory.
Administrative Technologies provides the creation, administration, and deletion of electronic accounts for our desktop support customers. Accounts are managed from the time an employee is hired through his/her departure from the University. Account management is designed to ensure the correct individuals have access to business critical information for the appropriate timespan.
