Administrative Technologies provides access to a variety of applications and resources for our customers. In addition to providing access to enterprise applications for Illinois State University, AT units also work with desktop support customers to administer access to files, drives, and other resources using Microsoft Active Directory.
Administrative Technologies provides the creation, administration, and deletion of electronic accounts for our desktop support customers. Accounts are managed from the time an employee is hired through his/her departure from the University. Account management is designed to ensure the correct individuals have access to business critical information for the appropriate timespan.
Administrative Technologies Business Office assists customers with a variety of administrative needs including office moves, resource scheduling, departmental budgeting, financial management, professional development, travel coordination, staff recruiting, and human resources.
The Application Development team provides a professional service for the development and maintenance of Web applications, CICS transactions, PeopleSoft HCM, batch processing, reports, and application integration services to Illinois State University administrative units, colleges, and departments. The service provides consulting and application development services that leverage best practices as well as a defined software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology.
