Client Services

Client Services provides central computing support to the students, faculty, staff, retirees, and alumni of the University. The University Computer Help Desk and Enterprise Service Desk assist customers with service requests such as network connectivity problems and ULID account issues. Technicians are also available to assist customers with incidents and diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues.

Value of Client Services:

  • Provides a central point of contact for customers to report an incident or request a service
  • Keeps customers informed of progress
  • Provides advice on workarounds
  • Resolves incidents as quickly as possible or escalates them if necessary
